Details
We will talk about the four factors that can cause depression. We will look at the energy around mental health. We will be doing a grounding meditation and a healing. We will also clear any stagnant energy around the heart and the crown chakras.

Healing Circle size will be limited to 10
Fee $10.00 to cover the zoom and meetup costs.
Prerequisite
Meditation will help. If you are not meditating, now is a great time to experience it.
